Right of withdrawal

If you purchase tickets for the re:publica 2012 as a consumer in terms of §13 BGB, which means without the purpose assigned to your commercial or self-employed professional activity, you have the right of withdrawal with the following instructions.

You can withdraw from the contract and return your ticket within 14 days without giving reasons. The contract can be revoked by the customer in writing (e.g. letter, fax, email), and by returning the ticket. The time limit begins with the receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receipt of the ticket by the consignee and also does not fulfil our obligations pursuant to § 312g paragraph 1 BGB in association with article 246 § 3 EGBGB. The revocation period is sufficient to send the revocation or ticket. The revocation must be sent to: republica GmbH Schönhauser Allee 6/7 10119 Berlin info@re-publica.de Fax: +49-(0)30-69 20 337 99

Consequences of revocation

In the case of an effective cancellation the mutually received benefits and any profit (e.g. interests) derived there-from, shall be returned. If you are not or just to some extent able to return the received goods and services (e.g. use and enjoymenet), you have to compensate for the lost value. This could lead to the liabilty that you have to follow the contractual terms of payment until the point of withdrawal. Liabilities of refunding any payments must be discharged within 30 days. The deadline of the withdrawal for you starts with sending it, for us with receiving it. After expiration of the 14 day deadline the ticket can no longer be returned. It is however possible to have the organisers transfer the ticket to another person of your choice.

Special advices

Your right of withdrawal ends, when the contract is fulfilled from both parties with your express desire, before you make use of the right of withdrawal. End of instruction
