The Soho House at Torstrasse 1 is the first German branch of the eponymous British private club. Besides a visit to the roof terrace it is also worth noting the history of the building: after its inauguration in 1929 the former Kaufhaus Jonaß was used in many ways, until it was finally rebuilt as a Club-Hotel in 2010. Depending on room size, you receive a 20 – 30% discount. For more details please contact Nadine Görnert at the Soho House.
The Weinmeister is a new designer hotel near Hackescher Markt. The rooms are equipped with Apple iMacs, free Wi-Fi and iPhone charging stations. Get 10 – 20% off on these designer hotel rooms using the re:publica special. The re:publica-special is available up until 11 April.
Another designer hotel in central Berlin, the Lux 11, is less than five minutes from Alexanderplatz. The four-story building was erected towards the end of the 19th Century and has a similarly notable history as the Torstrasse 1. Again, the re:publica-special is only available up until 11 April. Lux 11 is offering a 7 – 9% discount on its rooms for re:publica ticket holders.
